Operationally "radical" looks like purposefully reaching to the root of the relationship for lasting, positive transformation and courageously getting down to the nuts and bolts of reckoning with and repairing what's under the hood.

"Right Relationship" is an embodied sense of belonging in a mutually supportive community, moving and growing freely together with natural, interdependent harmony and balance. We start with accepting and celebrating our essential worth and dignity, and then work toward extending those qualities to all our relationships near and far, past, present and future.

We certified coaches at Radical Right Relationship™ act in compliance with the ethical coaching codes regarding, for example, confidentiality and dual relationships. Coaches are not authorized to assess and diagnose for mental disorders, we are not subject to mandatory reporting laws leading to involuntary in-patient commitment, and we are not legally required to keep or divulge client chart notes under subpoena. Our integrative coaching model is client-centered, trauma-sensitive, resilience-focused, and strengths-based-- grounded in the embodied present moment and moving forward into the client's vibrant envisioned future.  In contrast,  many counseling/therapy approaches often focus on processing past painful events indefinitely.

Working with individual Clients for personal coaching/consulting: We offer free 30-minute Chemistry Sessions to see if we're a good match. Our initial "Discovery" session is 90-minutes long, then our remaining coaching and consulting sessions are 50 minutes long. A standard cycle is 12 sessions total at $169/session.

Custom sessions can be discussed and co-designed based on the causes and conditions of the puzzle at hand.

We certainly welcome "Accountability Check-ins" and brief questions between sessions to support client goals! More-extensive, customized support between sessions can be discussed during our initial "Discovery Session" and as we move through your transformative journey.

We are happy to discuss how we can partner with other health care professionals, social workers, case managers and/or 12-step sponsors who are working together to optimize your care. All parties would agree to partnering for the client's benefit and informed consent paperwork would be co-signed by all partners, foremost the client.

Our fee scale is determined by the particulars of each unique client case in connection with the 30-minute free Chemistry Session.

Package discounts are available. Accessibility discounts (sliding scale and pro bono options) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proof of income provided.

At least 10% of proceeds will be granted to our non-profit Community Involvement Partners shown on the "About Us" page.

No policy coverage at this time. However, coaching may be an allowable expenditure of insurance HSA funds, and some insurance plans will decrease your mental health premium that would off-set the cost of our services. Also, coaching, consulting, education may qualify as a business tax write-off.
