Operationally "radical" looks like fully getting to the root of the relationship-- courageously getting down to the nuts and bolts and repairing what's under the hood.

"Right Relationship" is an embodied sense of belonging to a supportive community, moving and growing freely together with natural, interdependent harmony and balance-- starting with accepting and celebrating our essential worth and extending that essential worth to a sense of belonging in all of our relationships near and far, past, present and future.

We certified coaches at Radical Right Relationship™ act in compliance with coaching ethical codes regarding, for example, confidentiality and dual relationships. Coaches are not authorized to assess and diagnose, we are not subject to mandatory reporting laws leading to involuntary in-patient commitment, and we are not legally mandated to keep or divulge client chart notes under subpoena. Our integrative coaching model is client-centered, trauma-sensitive, resilience-focused, and strengths-based-- grounded in the embodied present moment and moving forward into the client's vibrant envisioned future.  In contrast,  many counseling/therapy approaches are often entrenched in processing past painful events. 

We offer free 30-minute Chemistry Sessions to see if we're a good match. Our initial "Discovery" session is 90-minutes long.  Our regular coaching and consulting sessions are 50 minutes long. Custom sessions can be discussed and co-designed as causes and conditions arise.

We certainly welcome "Accountability Check-ins" and quick questions between sessions to support clients' goals! More-extensive, customized support between sessions can be discussed during our initial "Discovery Session" and as we move through your transformative journey.

With client signed consent, we are happy to discuss how we can partner with other health care professionals, social workers, case managers and/or 12-step sponsors who are working together to optimize your care. 

Our fee scale is determined by the particulars of each unique client case in connection with the 30-minute free Chemistry Session. Package discounts and group discounts are available. Accessibility discounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proof of income provided.

No policy coverage at this time. However, coaching may be an allowable expenditure of insurance HSA funds. Also, coaching, consulting, education may qualify as a business tax write-off.
